Hello And Welcome To Knead It!

We are a small and friendly artisan bakery based in a 16th century thatched cottage beside the River Avon in Tiddington, just one mile out of Stratford Upon Avon.

Take a gentle stroll up School Lane, come round to the back door and join us in our kitchen where you can see the bread being made and baked if you are early enough! You are welcome to enjoy the views from our garden or visit the geese and ducks on the river – you might even spot a heron or kingfisher if you’re lucky. We are open just two days per week (Saturdays 8am-2pm & Wednesdays 9am-4pm) and we bake a variety of breads and cakes for you to enjoy. If you come along at opening time, you can even watch the bread and buns being made and baked in the oven – watch your goodies grow and become golden brown, then take them home to enjoy while it’s still warm!

Weekly Special

The SPECIAL for Wednesday 13th December and Saturday 16th December 2017 is Poppy Seed Plait.  A yummy bread, good for sandwiches, morning toast, or as a simple treat with butter and jam.

The Knead It! Team

Jane and Craig both enjoy baking and cooking and embarked upon a series of classes to develop their skill in baking good, wholesome bread using only natural ingredients. They enjoy creating new flavours and experimenting with ingredients – you’ll get to taste some as they feature in the “Weekly Specials”. We welcome you into our kitchen and garden and look forward to sharing our home-baked breads and cakes.
